Tell the desk what happened.

The board sends people to these firms on the desk's word. When a firm does not honour what the board says — the code refused, the price not the price, a payout that never came — the desk needs to hear it, and needs to hear it from the person it happened to.

Anything else for the desk arrives the same way — leave the firm as Not about a listed firm and pick Something else.

Your address is used to answer you and nothing else — no account is made, no list, nothing shown to the firm. The desk earns a commission on code use, which is exactly why it publishes what goes wrong as well as what things cost.

Rather write an email? report@thepropfirmdesk.com reaches the same desk. A report about a claim already filed is better sent as a reply to that claim's mail, so it stays on the same thread.
